Doug Stephenson actually on usa today online it is reported that with saab pontiac and saturn being cut or in the process of being cut GM sales are down 5.7% however in the remaining lines sales were up 13% so the numbers are misleading so in reality they still gained in december as opposed to losing as the %'s would show because unti...l those lines complete the wind down they are still GM so it still goes against their sales reports.
